This 18th century Toll
House is situated in the picturesque market town of Llanrwst in North Wales.
The property
retains many
of its
original features as a grade 2 listed building used to collect
the toll which was charged in times of old to pay for the early
roads.
It is within 300 yards of shops, cafés, restaurants, taverns,
a swimming pool, and a riverside picnic area with children's playground.
The sleeping accommodation is compact which is in keeping with
what you might expect from a Toll House. The property is on one
level, but it has been extended at the rear.
