Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday starting at 3.00pm on the day of arrival and ending at 10.30am on the day of departure.

General
The use of the property is at the risk of visitors. A confirmation of the holiday booking constitutes a contract which incurs a liability for the full rental if you cancel your holiday for any reason. Insurance is of course available to protect against this eventuality.

Booking
Please send your confirmation by post with 25% of the letting fee. Cheques payable to Gary Hamer please. The balance becomes payable 4 weeks before the start of your holiday. If the booking is made less than 4 weeks before the start of your holiday, please forward the full amount. If payment is not made in full within 4 weeks of your holiday date, the booking may be cancelled.
